Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Cover the sales floor zone, ensuring assigned areas meet visual standards while assisting with planogram changes for store maps, fixtures, and merchandising mix. Process transactions at the register and support stock room organization to keep merchandise tidy. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and partners while collaborating with Store Management to prevent theft. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
