Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive customer experience by focusing on full-price selling, executing visual directives, and maintaining store cleanliness. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy while actively participating in store contests and digital sales strategies like ship-from-store. Upholds loss prevention protocols, shares customer feedback with leadership, and supports the team in achieving financial goals. Requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods within a 20-40 hour weekly schedule.

- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time

- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
