Job Summary
Seasonal part-time Sales Associate at Cotton On Natick Mall, responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, merchandising and replenishing stock, collaborating with the team to meet goals, and upholding Cotton On values. Will work in-store with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to move around the store and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, use ladders) as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to move around the store, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds, squat/kneel, use ladder/platform safely
