Job Summary
Merchandise and replenish the store to keep it fresh and inviting, while collaborating with your team to smash sales goals. Manage customer interactions by championing Cotton On's values and ensuring a positive shopping experience for everyone who walks through the doors. This temporary seasonal role requires flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. You must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, or use a ladder safely. Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience
- Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks
