Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Executes visual directives, manages escalated issues in compliance with policy, and completes assigned tasks efficiently to maximize the customer experience. Actively participates in store contests, supports leadership in achieving sales and operational goals, and executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds all company policies, loss prevention protocols, and safety standards while sharing customer feedback to improve the overall experience. Works part-time, 20–40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must climb ladders as needed
- Must be regularly required to talk or hear
- Must be able to reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
