Job Summary
Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, attempting to solve issues and partnering with leadership on escalations. Execute all visual directives, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold loss prevention policies by communicating violations directly to leadership. Actively participate in store contests, stay current on financial goals, and support digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. This part-time role requires 20–40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, sit or stand for long periods, and work in open environments with fluctuating temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
