Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending apparel/footwear, stocking and cleaning, performing front- and back-of-store tasks, handling point-of-sale and payment processes, assisting with omni-channel requests through the digital experience, promoting the Rewards program, and adhering to the attendance policy. The role supports daily operations, contributes to sales goals, and may take on stock duties as needed; strong teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important. The position is seasonal and part-time, with hours scheduled to align with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
- Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
- Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
