Job Summary
Greet customers and embody the brand's heart by providing high-level service from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor. Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor to enhance the shopping experience. Guide customers through their journey with warmth, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. This temporary, flexible part-time position runs from September/October through December 2026, with a contract of 8-15 hours per week. Candidates must meet specific employment requirements under the shop agreement. Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Be a student on a state-recognized full-time education
- Be a sideline worker
- Be undergoing vocational training according to the Vocational Training Act
- Be a senior citizen
Desired Qualifications
- While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
- Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
- Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc
