Seasonal Route Helper

Seasonal Driver Helper assists Route Driver in collecting used tires from retail locations, manually loads and stacks tires up to 50 lbs onto trucks, follows routes and safety procedures, communicates with store staff and Route Driver, helps with truck inspections, and supports maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key duties include loading tires (up to 50 lbs each), following established routes and schedules for tire collection, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing reliable support to the Route Driver to ensure timely service. Essential skills include physical stamina to lift heavy loads, teamwork to collaborate with the Route Driver, safety awareness to follow procedures, punctuality to adhere to the schedule, clear communication with store personnel and co-workers, and attention to detail in tire loading and securing loads. Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
