Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash and change while maintaining a safe work environment. Build relationships with guests to exceed service expectations, locate merchandise effectively, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment. Assist with inventory preparation, merchandising, and window displays while adhering to brand standards of dress and grooming. Complete all tasks as directed by store leadership to drive revenue and support store goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

- Must be available for weekend shifts
