Job Summary
Greet guests, assist with merchandise selection and purchases, operate point-of-sale systems, and stock and organize displays. Handle lost and found items while maintaining friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment. This seasonal role supports the baseball retail team at The Ripken Experience® Myrtle Beach from mid/February through early November, offering a memorable game-day experience. Availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
