Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's responsible for delivering SMART customer service, assisting customers in locating and selecting merchandise, explaining warranty and program details, processing invoices for rentals and repairs, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Role includes cross-training in multiple departments, identifying security risks, adhering to zone recovery standards, operating store equipment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers in-store at the Abingdon, VA location.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
