Job Summary
Seasonal Lowe's Retail Sales Associate provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, assists customers in locating and selecting merchandise, demonstrates product features and benefits, processes equipment/tool rentals, cross-trains in other areas to deliver top service, detects and communicates security risks, maintains store safety and housekeeping standards, operates store equipment as needed, and supports customers with warranties and related information.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
