Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs; seek out customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions about stock, special order merchandise, features, benefits, warranties, and Lowe's programs; write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs; cross-train in other areas to deliver excellent service; detect signs of theft and communicate to management; maintain housekeeping standards and safety; operate store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV, tool rentals).
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
