Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's in Wadsworth, OH. Provide SMART customer service, assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, explain product features and warranties, process invoices for tool rentals and repairs, cross-train in store areas, monitor for security and housekeeping standards, uphold safety policies, operate store equipment as needed, and support overall store goals in a high-volume retail environment. Requires strong customer-facing skills, ability to understand customer needs, and familiarity with basic retail technology. Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
