Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's delivering SMART customer service aligned with Lowe's policies, proactively engaging customers to understand needs, guiding them to locate and demonstrate merchandise, processing equipment rentals and tool repairs invoices, cross-training in other store areas to optimize service, and upholding safety, security, and housekeeping standards while respecting store programs and warranty information. The role includes assisting customers with product features, benefits, and warranties, writing customer contracts and invoices for tool rental and repairs, and contributing to loss prevention and store cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
