Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service at Lowe's through policy-driven engagement, assists customers in locating and selecting merchandise, demonstrates product features and warranties, and handles equipment rental contracts and invoices. Works cross-functionally in-store, supports zone recovery and housekeeping, detects security risks, operates store equipment as needed, and may train in other areas to deliver excellent customer service. Emphasizes safety and compliance with store programs, and supports customers with stock and special orders.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
