Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's delivering SMART customer service, helping customers find and demonstrate products, processing tool rental invoices, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, operating store equipment, and adhering to loss-prevention and safety policies. Responsibilities include assisting customers with needs, explaining product features and warranties, handling contracts and invoices for rentals, cross-training in store areas, ensuring zone recovery and housekeeping standards, and maintaining a secure, organized store environment. Requires strong customer-service orientation, basic computer/retail-technology familiarity, and ability to work in a dynamic retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
