Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service at Lowe's through daily adherence to customer service policies; assists customers in locating and selecting merchandise, demonstrates products, communicates warranty/feature information, and processes tool rental contracts and invoices; cross-trains in other areas; maintains safety, housekeeping, and security standards; operates store equipment as required; supports loss prevention and zone recovery to keep the store organized and safe; primary focus on helping customers understand needs and solutions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
