Job Summary
The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Lowe's requires delivering SMART customer service by assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise. Associates will address customer inquiries, write contracts for equipment rental, and may cross-train in various departments. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring safety compliance, and using store equipment as necessary. Candidates should have less than one year of retail experience and be able to utilize technology effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
