Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's responsible for delivering SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, helping customers locate and select merchandise, demonstrating features, processing invoices/contracts for tool rentals and repairs, and supporting cross-functional store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, addressing questions, guiding customers through projects, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, monitoring for security risks, operating store equipment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience with a focus on product benefits, warranties, and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
