Job Summary
Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Operate cash registers, process payments, and efficiently handle will-call orders and customer waitlists. Execute store operations including inventory receiving, product restocking, and ship-from-store tasks. Educate customers on technical product elements and support them in selecting gear for their adventures. Work weekends and holidays, including Black Friday, during the seasonal period from mid-October through March 1st, 2027.
