Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Lowe’s focusing on delivering SMART customer service, assisting customers in locating and selecting merchandise, communicating product features and warranty information, processing equipment rental invoices, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards. The role includes cross-training in other store areas, loss prevention awareness, operating store equipment, and supporting customer relationships with bilingual communication preferences (English/Spanish) where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
