Job Summary
Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, trends, and style inspiration while merchandising new deliveries from vendors and following brand-specific execution guides. Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors, then work with store teams to drive best practices for sales and execution. Ensure the sales floor is properly signed for sales and markdowns while adhering to store audit policies and procedures. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities. This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time colleagues scheduled for 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to (1) understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors, and (2) read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year previous retail experience
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Must be able to reach above eye level
- Must have color vision
- Must be able to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
