Job Summary
Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, trends, and style inspiration while merchandising new deliveries from vendors and following brand-specific execution guides. Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors, then work with teams to drive best practices for sales and execution. Ensure the sales floor is properly signed for sales and markdowns while adhering to store audit policies and procedures. Maintain high merchandising standards to create a memorable shopping experience and identify slow-selling areas for feedback. This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time colleagues scheduled for 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year previous retail experience
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
- Must be able to stoop
