Seasonal Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Promote credit and loyalty programs, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, lift heavy objects, and multi-task while responding to unexpected situations. Starting pay is $16.94 to $17.44 per hour.
