Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, maintaining a clean and organized store, supporting loss-prevention standards, and assisting in multiple store areas as needed. Role involves accurately ringing up sales, promoting credit and loyalty programs, following merchandising procedures, and participating in store recovery and safety practices. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, multi-task, and lift heavy objects; retail customer experience is preferred.
