Job Summary
Provide enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products, ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience. Deliver exceptional service by identifying individual needs and suggestively selling items that align with customer preferences. Maintain company Vision, Mission, and Values during all interactions. Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders while standing and walking 4-10 hours daily. Utilize strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills alongside basic math abilities to operate cash registers and computers. Operate in a part-time role with flexible availability across weekends, weekdays, or rotating schedules.
Required Qualifications
