Job Summary
Greet customers, provide personalized service from greeting to fitting room, and execute email capture during sales interactions. Answer telephone inquiries for greetings, directions, and order fulfillment while communicating promotions effectively. Process register transactions, receive and replenish merchandise, and maintain display standards across the sales floor, stockroom, and hospitality areas. Ensure cleanliness throughout the store and respond proactively to customer concerns. Stand or walk up to eight hours daily, lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, with temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees. Use a computer approximately 60% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders
- Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – especially in our stock room areas
- Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day

- Retail experience is preferred but not necessary
