Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone inquiries, and provide solution-oriented service by layering personalized interactions from greeting to fitting room. Execute sales and promotions, capture emails, and resolve customer concerns proactively while processing register transactions accurately. Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise; maintain display standards, cleanliness across the sales floor and stockroom, and hospitality areas. Perform other duties as directed by management. This seasonal role requires standing or walking up to eight hours daily and lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $19.50/hour, with daily pay available and a 40% employee discount. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders
- Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – especially in our stock room areas
- Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day
