Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone inquiries, and process register transactions while layering personalized service from greeting to fitting room. Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide solution-oriented assistance, execute email capture during sales, and resolve customer concerns proactively. Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise; maintain display standards and ensure sales floor cleanliness. Adhere to all company policies and perform other duties as directed by management. Requires standing or walking up to eight hours daily, lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, and working in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees. Use of a computer up to 60% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders
- Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – especially in our stock room areas
- Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day
