Job Summary
Conduct seasonal retail operations from July through February, achieving personal sales targets and driving key performance indicators like conversion and average transaction value. Deliver expert product recommendations to customers while maintaining physical store standards, organizing stockrooms, and processing inbound and outbound shipments. Operate point-of-sale systems in compliance with standards and attend all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest journey and actively seek feedback to improve performance. Requires minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury environments, with availability for Friday through Sunday shifts and holidays. Hourly range is $20.50 to $23.50.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations
- Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Good understanding of store operations
- Efficient shipment processing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
