Job Summary
Achieve personal sales targets and exceed key performance indicators by driving conversion and average transaction metrics through expert product recommendations. Maintain physical store standards, organize the stockroom, and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure sales floor replenishment. Utilize point of sale systems in compliance with standards while attending all store meetings and product knowledge sessions. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless guest journey, actively seek feedback for growth, and uphold Canada Goose's values during the holiday season rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations
- Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Good understanding of store operations
- Efficient shipment processing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
