Job Summary
Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets by driving conversion, average dollar per transaction, and units per transaction through expert product recommendations. Support store operations by maintaining physical standards, organizing the stockroom, processing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently replenished. Utilize point of sale systems in compliance with standards while attending all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer journey and actively seek feedback to cultivate professional growth. Requires open availability Friday through Sunday and all holidays during the August to February holiday season.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations
- Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong time management skills
