Job Summary
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and drive key performance indicators by recommending strategic product categories and maintaining high conversion rates. Support store operations through physical standards upkeep, stockroom organization, shipment processing, and seamless POS system utilization. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest journey, attend all product knowledge sessions, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain open availability for Friday through Sunday shifts and all holidays to deliver consistent service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations
- Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Good understanding of store operations
- Efficient shipment processing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
