Job Summary

Food and Beverage Supervisor for the busy Summer Season leads the F&B operation, attends weekly meetings, relays event information to staff, supports hiring and training, ensures standards of food, beverage and service quality, and implements cost controls for food, beverage and labor. The role requires leadership by example, the ability to coordinate with other departments and clients, strong customer service skills, decision-making under pressure, and a focus on creating a first-class guest experience within a luxury hotel setting. Knowledge of Micros and prior experience in luxury hotel or full-service resort settings are preferred. The position emphasizes staff development, maintaining productive operations, and upholding the mission and standards of Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full service resort
  • Knowledge of Micros
