Job Summary
As a Seasonal Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will learn to repair vehicle glass using industry-leading technology under guidance from experienced technicians and leaders. You will repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues, manage work orders and customer documentation via the Safelite handheld MRMs, promote Safelite items to customers, and perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks in and around vehicles and shop. You’ll safely operate company tools, equipment, and vehicles, adapt to varying weather conditions, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (as required by laws)
- On-the-job training and completion of Safelite SafeTech certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
