Job Summary
Seasonal Repair Specialist responsible for learning and performing vehicle glass repairs using Safelite technology, repairing chips/cracks in auto glass, managing work orders and customer communications via MRM, promoting Safelite items, maintaining shop/vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to safety and company policies. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to stand in varied conditions, knowledge of hand/power tools, safe driving, and flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs. Compensation starts at $20.25/hour with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and any other licenses as required to operate a company vehicle
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification
