Job Summary
Seasonal Repair Specialist at Safelite responsible for repairing vehicle glass, learning the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance of experienced technicians, and completing jobs with high quality. You will repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues, manage work orders and customer documentation via the Safelite Mobile Resource Management system, promote Safelite promotional items, perform vehicle cleaning during wait times, operate company vehicles and tools, and comply with all policies. Must be 18+ with a HS diploma/GED preferred, have a valid driver’s license, and complete SafeTech certification. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, stand for extended periods, use hand and power tools, work outdoors in varied conditions, and maintain professionalism and customer service focus. Flexible scheduling to meet customer needs; driving duties monitored by cameras/GPS as part of safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTechTM certification
