Seasonal Relief (Packaging)

Purpose and Impact: This role supports safe, efficient packaging operations by executing daily production tasks, maintaining equipment and documentation, and collaborating with teams to meet operational standards. Key Responsibilities include participating in all packaging operations to meet production and shipping schedules, reporting unusual incidents, assisting in corrective measures, coordinating with departments to service customers, aiding in on-the-job training, maintaining production documents, keeping a clean and safe workstation, and performing other duties as required. Qualifications emphasize mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, strong communication/interpersonal skills, experience with high speed packaging or fast-paced environments is an asset, ability to work rotating shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with safety/attendance/productivity expectations; background checks and accommodations are noted as part of the process.
