Job Summary
Sell fashion apparel and accessories in Nordstrom Park Meadows, driving in-store and digital sales while building and growing a customer following. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales goals, using selling tools (including social media), providing styling guidance, building lasting customer relationships, stocking and light merchandising, price markdowns, and keeping the department customer-ready. Grow Nordstrom Rewards program accounts, work with the team, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, organization, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
