Job Summary
Greet customers, guide them to fitting rooms, and sort merchandise to keep the sales floor runway ready. Process transactions, resolve customer situations, and maintain organized stockrooms while ensuring all inventory is accurately ticketed. Unload freight, deliver new merchandise, and fulfill customer orders following quality standards. Utilize inventory systems to scan shipments and assist with special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (STOCK SUPPORT OR FULFILLMENT ROLE)
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
