Seasonal Registered Nurse

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review. Evaluate patient responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes while developing and implementing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient status and interventions using information technology to support decision-making. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness and advocate for their health, safety, and rights. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent, current RN license, and BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Includes a $400/month housing stipend for full-time residents in Summit County.
