Job Summary
Conduct vaccinations, biometric assessments, and phlebotomy tasks while addressing client inquiries and ensuring clinic procedures are completed in line with company needs. Maintain working areas and equipment according to health, safety, and hygiene standards, and assist with other clinic duties as required. Drive between multiple clinic sites to support various locations, enter data accurately, and communicate effectively across teams. This seasonal role includes part-time opportunities with variable hours between 6 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, requiring a candidate available three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active license to practice as an RN in Wisconsin
- 3+ years in an RN role
- Previous experience in patient facing role
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across teams and clients
- Ability to enter data accurately
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systems
- Ability to drive between multiple clinic sites
- Responsibility for various sites
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularly
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day
- Must be able to stand most of the day on concrete or hard floors
- Physical ability to work around children
- Repeating motions that may include the wrist, hands and/or fingers
- Physically traveling from one work site to another
Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would be available 3 days per week
