Seasonal Registered Nurse

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review. Evaluate patient responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes while developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, confidential patient charts and document ongoing status and interventions in an IT-supported system. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness, needs, and ability. Promote and advocate for patient health, safety, and rights. Requires an RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications. Full-time role with $400/month housing stipend for Summit County residents.
