Seasonal Registered nurse

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review. Develop and implement individualized plans of care while evaluating patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Administer therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of status, interventions, and outcomes in patient charts. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and evaluate teaching effectiveness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to protect patient health, safety, and rights. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. $400/month housing stipend available for Summit County residents.
