Job Summary
Overnight Seasonal Receiver Stocker role at Lowe's focusing on delivering SMART customer service, locating and loading merchandise, assisting customers with product selection, processing tool rental contracts and invoices, cross-training in store operations, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, guiding customers through projects, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting inventory control and loss-prevention activities while working with store equipment and ensuring a safe, organized store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
