Job Summary
Overnight Seasonal Receiver Stocker at Lowe's responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, stocking and loading merchandise, assisting customers to locate products, processing equipment rentals and tool repairs invoices, and maintaining store safety and security. The role includes cross-training in other areas, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards, aiding in zone recovery, and utilizing store systems and equipment (e.g., Zebra phone, paging, CCTV) as needed. Emphasizes customer-focused service, knowledge of warranties and program benefits, and collaboration with Asset Protection to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
