Job Summary
Seasonal Receiver Stocker Overnight at Lowe's focuses on delivering SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, assisting customers in locating and loading merchandise, answering questions, and guiding them to product features and warranties. The role includes processing invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, cross-training in other store areas, monitoring for shoplifting and security risks, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, operating store equipment as needed, and supporting safetey procedures and zone recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
