Job Summary
Overnight Seasonal Receiver Stocker at Lowe's focused on delivering SMART customer service and executing Lowe's policies and programs. Responsibilities include seeking out customers, helping locate, demonstrate, select, carry, and load merchandise; guiding customers through projects; answering questions and providing information on stock, special order merchandise, features, warranties, and related Lowe's programs; writing customer contracts and invoices for tool rental and repairs in the Tool Rental Department; cross-training in other store areas to enhance service; monitoring for shoplifting and security risks; maintaining cleanliness and organization through housekeeping programs; upholding safety standards and operating store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, computers, CCTV); and supporting safe, secure work environments through daily safety reviews and hazard awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
